Bendon Limited in Palmerston North is seeking a Fixed Term Store Manager for a 9-month contract ending July 2027. You will lead daily store operations, coach your team and drive KPIs, while becoming a BRA-FIT certified expert in an inclusive, uplifting space.

The role offers a Sunday to Thursday roster, a comprehensive induction, incentives for hitting budget targets, and staff discounts. Growth opportunities and a welcoming culture are part of this role.

Qualifications

• BRA-FIT certified expert required.
• Retail experience and experience leading a team is expected.

Responsibilities

• Running the daily operations of your store, including coaching and inspiring your team.
• Becoming a BRA-FIT certified expert.
• Creating an inclusive and uplifting space where every woman feels confident.
• Smashing KPIs and maintaining an attractive, well-merchandised store.
• Driving success with support from a Regional Manager.
