Bendon Limited in Nelson is seeking a Store Manager to lead and empower a high-performing team, delivering an unforgettable shopping experience for women. The role focuses on coaching, KPI achievement, and creating an inclusive store culture.

You’ll undergo a 12-week BRA-FIT training, manage daily store operations, and work with a Regional Manager to drive success. Competitive incentives and employee benefits accompany the role.

Job description

We’re looking for a Store Manager to take the lead at our Nelson store-someone who's passionate about empowering women, delivering an unforgettable shopping experience, and driving success with a high performing team.

More About This Opportunity:

40 Hours per week. Tuesday -Thursday: 8.45am- 5:15pm |Friday: 8:45am - 4:15pm

• Running the daily operations of your store-leading, coaching & inspiring your team
• Becoming a BRA-FIT certified expert in our 12 week training programme
