Job summary

Superette Newmarket flagship store is seeking a passionate Store Manager to lead our team and ensure seamless store operations that deliver an exceptional customer experience.

As a confident, mature leader you will drive results, champion Superette values, manage stock and administration, and inspire a high-performing team across Tuesday to Saturday rosters in a permanent, full-time role. You will contribute to our NZ owned and operated brand and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years retail management experience.
• Natural ability to engage, persuade and motivate others.
• Excellent relationship management and communication.
• Sound judgment and decision making skills.
• Deep understanding of NZ retail.
• Stock management and solid administration skills.
• Mature approach to work and performance.
• Forward thinking with drive to identify and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive sales, achieve KPIs and manage Rostering and scheduling.
• Oversee stock control, merchandising and administration.
• Uphold Superette values and partner with head office for initiatives.

We are looking for an experiencedandinspiring leaderwhois capable offensuring smooth and efficient store operations that underpin a seamless customer experience, champions the Superette values and vision, and drives success and engagement in the team.

You'll have exceptional communication, strong leadership skills and proven experience driving successful results in retail.You aremature, confident, dynamic and ready to get stuck in.

This role is permanent full time:

• Tuesday to Saturday Roster
• Newmarket
• 40 hours per week

To be successful in this role you will need:

• At least one/two years retail management experience
• Anatural ability to engage, persuade and motivate others - you are made to lead
• Excellent relationship management ability, you are a master communicator and incredible conversationalist
• Sound judgment and decision making skills
• Adeep understanding of NZ retail
• Effective stock management and solid administration skills
• A mature approach to work and performance
• Forward thinking, dynamic attitude – able to identify improvement opportunities and follow through to drive results
