Job summary

Flo & Frankie in Nelson is seeking an energetic Store Manager to lead our fashion & homewares boutique. You will drive sales, coach a small team and ensure outstanding customer experiences in a vibrant community setting.

As the store lead, you will manage daily operations, visual merchandising, stock, and staff development while upholding our brand standards and values. This role offers growth opportunities and a supportive team culture.
