Bendon in Nelson is seeking a Store Manager to lead our Nelson store, empowering women and delivering an unforgettable shopping experience with a high-performing team.

You will run daily operations, coach your team, complete BRA-FIT training in our 12-week program, and cultivate an inclusive space where every woman feels confident. The role includes a comprehensive induction and clear path for career development.

• Experience leading a retail team and achieving KPIs.
• Willingness to complete BRA-FIT training within 12 weeks.
• Proven ability to create inclusive, uplifting store environment.

We're looking for a Store Manager to take the lead at our Nelson store-someone who's passionate about empowering women, delivering an unforgettable shopping experience, and driving success with a high performing team.

More About This Opportunity

40 Hours per week. Tuesday -Thursday: 8.45am- 5:15pm |Friday: 8:45am - 4:15pm

What You'll Be Doing

• Running the daily operations of your store-leading, coaching & inspiring your team
• Becoming a BRA-FIT certified expert in our 12 week training programme
• Creating an inclusive & uplifting space where every woman feels confident
• Smashing KPIs, merchandising like a pro & keeping the store looking flawless
• Driving success with the support of a dedicated Regional Manager
