Bendon Limited in Nelson is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a part-time role (30 hours/week). You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, coach the team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences through our BRA-FIT process and personalized fittings.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and apparel is required.
• Ability to train and coach team on daily operations.

Right now, we're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Nelson store!

About the Role:

This is a part time opportunity (30 Hours per week). Monday: 9:15am - 5:15pm | Tuesday - Thursday: 11am - 5pm | Sunday: 9:45am-4:15pm

• Supporting the Store Manager on all the operational aspects, as well as manage the team on the Store Managers RDOs.
• Using your prior retail and apparel experience to train and help coach your team on the daily
• Becoming a BRA-FIT certified to ensure our customers receive the very best experience
• Learning the Bendon approach, interact with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during and after a fitting
• Exceling in achieving operational functions, through tasks such as merchandising, loss prevention, processing of stock and exceeding KPIs
