Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations.
• Recruit, train, supervise and support staff.
• Prepare staff rosters and daily duties.
• Monitor performance and uphold workplace standards.

• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Monitor stock levels and arrange ordering of food, beverages and other supplies.
• Liaise with suppliers and ensure stock is received and stored correctly.
• Monitor sales, expenses and other operational costs.
• Report operational matters and business performance to the owner/director.
