JB Hi-Fi Tauranga is seeking a proactive Store Manager to lead our friendly team. You will drive sales targets, develop your people, and ensure the highest standard of customer service across seven days with flexible hours.

Job Description

We are now looking for a proactive Store Manager to lead our friendly team!
The successful candidate will be dedicated to the on-going development of their team, have the drive and ambition to meet and exceed sales targets and possess a strong understanding of all facets of retail management, while at the same time ensuring the highest possible standard of customer service.
Our success has been based on our people who are passionate and committed to doing their best.
JB Hi-Fi operates seven (7) days a week (in most areas) and flexibility with hours is essential.
