Job summary

North Beach Tower Junction in Christchurch is seeking an energetic Section Manager for the Womenswear Department. You will motivate the team, lead on the floor, and drive a customer-first culture while keeping the store looking sharp and performance-focused.

With 1–2 years of retail experience and the potential for keyholder responsibilities, you will help shape an epic team environment, deliver strong sales, and ensure excellent service across all customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years retail experience.
• Keyholder experience would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the shop floor and drive a high-energy team.
• Drive sales to meet and exceed targets while maintaining excellent customer care.

North Beach Tower Junction is looking for a motivated, experienced department manager who knows how to bring the energy and drive a team to success!

As Section Manager in our Womenswear Department you will help shape an epic team culture, deliver outstanding results, and make sure our customers feel incredible.

You’ll lead by example on the floor, keep the team fired up, and make sure our store is looking sharp and performing even better.

You will be part of a team of enthusiastic retail staff, driving sales to meet and exceed sales targets and maintaining an unbeatable level of customer care throughout our store.

We require a minimum of 1-2 years retail experience and keyholder experience wouldn't go amiss either.

Hours of work Tuesday to Saturday 40 hours per week. You must also be available to work Public Holidays.
