Job summary

Arc’teryx Auckland is seeking a dedicated retail leader to support the in-store experience and drive guest satisfaction. You will lead from the floor, develop Product Guides, and participate in inventory control and visual merchandising.

Your role includes delivering exceptional service and helping the store achieve daily targets. You should be comfortable coaching staff, managing time, and handling holiday season demand, including Black Friday availability and December peak.

Qualifications

• One or more years of leadership experience as a supervisor or team lead.
• 1–2 years of retail experience with guest service focus.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to train others.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the in-store experience during shifts with awareness of sales floor activity.
• Lead from the floor to champion guest experience and floor leadership.
• Coach Product Guides to unlock potential and hit targets.
• Assist inventory management including receiving, restocking, and visual merchandising.
• Utilise POS to process transactions, warranties, trades, purchases and returns.
• Manage store operations including sales targets, labour and budget considerations.
• Network with partners to support events and brand engagement in the community.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures for the store.
