Arc’teryx is opening its first store in the South Island, Queenstown, and this full-time leadership role focuses on delivering an exceptional guest experience on the sales floor. You will coach staff, manage inventory, and oversee store operations to drive performance.

You bring 1+ years of leadership and 1–2 years in retail, with strong communication and a passion for outdoor gear. Join a global brand with a competitive salary and bonus structure.

• Support in-store experience during shifts, with awareness of sales floor activity.

• Coach Product Guides to unlock potential and hit targets.
• Assist with inventory management, restocking, and visual merchandising.
