Job summary

Instant Finance Limited in New Zealand is seeking a Specialist Nominated Representative to join our Greenlane Support Office. You will directly assist customers with Life Insurance and KiwiSaver products, support branches and the Online Direct team, and promote our services.

The role requires strong communication, numeracy, and the ability to use digital tools. You will process transactions, ensure disclosures, and maintain accurate records while upholding a professional service standard.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in a sales environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong numeracy and ability to interpret data.
• Proficiency with digital tools and technologies.
• Willing to obtain NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5).

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers on Life Insurance and KiwiSaver.
• Process customer service transactions and documents promptly and accurately.
• Undertake disclosure in accordance with company guidelines.
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly.
• Promote services and products at every opportunity.

Job description

Our recent product offering has expanded to include life and funeral insurance as well as KiwiSaver to further support our customers financial life journey.

We are looking for a Specialist Nominated Representatives to join our Support Office based in Greenlane.

This role will directly support the needs of our customers as well as the Branch and Online Direct team with the Insurance & KiwiSaver products sales and aftersales support.

About you:

• Experience in customer service in a sales environment (preferably life insurance & KiwiSaver)


• Great written and verbal communication skills.


• Above average numeric skills and ability to interpret numerical data.


• Demonstrated ability to confidently and efficiently use digital tools and technologies.


• Eager to learn and will either have or be able to achieve NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5)

What you will do:

• Ensure strong & efficient working relationships with both insurance & KiwiSaver suppliers.
