Instant Finance Limited in New Zealand is seeking a Specialist Nominated Representative to join our Greenlane Support Office. You will directly assist customers with Life Insurance and KiwiSaver products, support branches and the Online Direct team, and promote our services.

The role requires strong communication, numeracy, and the ability to use digital tools. You will process transactions, ensure disclosures, and maintain accurate records while upholding a professional service standard.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in a sales environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong numeracy and ability to interpret data.
• Proficiency with digital tools and technologies.
• Willing to obtain NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5).

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers on Life Insurance and KiwiSaver.
• Process customer service transactions and documents promptly and accurately.
• Undertake disclosure in accordance with company guidelines.
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly.
• Promote services and products at every opportunity.
• Provide accurate information service to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer service transactions.
• Document storage in line with company policy and instructions.
• Maintain professional image by appearance, behaviour and service delivery.
