HealthCare NZ in Christchurch is seeking a Spa Manager to oversee daily spa operations, drive service quality, and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will manage a team of therapists, optimize workflows, and implement marketing initiatives to grow revenue.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in spa or wellness, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Weekend and evening availability may be required, with a permanent full-time role and guaranteed hours.

Formación

• 2+ years in spa, wellness, or related industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Well-organised and reliable with multitasking.
• Spa or massage industry experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to work weekends or evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Set targets, budget, pricing strategies, and service standards.
• Develop marketing campaigns, promotions, and packages to boost revenue.
• Oversee spa operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Lead and motivate massage therapists and staff.
• Manage rosters, attendance, and staff performance reviews.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Control inventory and costs to improve profitability.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and handle inquiries.
