One New Zealand is driving to become the most AI-enabled telco in the region. We seek a Solutions Consultant to help Enterprise and Public Sector customers unlock value from Contact Centre investments.

You will act as a trusted advisor, designing tailored solutions across AWS, Genesys and connected business apps, translating needs into viable outcomes. You will combine design capability with pre-sales involvement, stakeholder management and a clear understanding of how One NZ delivers value,

Competenze

• Experience in solution design, consultancy or technical pre-sales.
• Strong understanding of contact centre technologies and SaaS operating models.
• Commercial acumen, including pricing, profitability and professional services scoping.
• Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and explain complex ideas clearly.
• Experience with AWS, Genesys or similar platforms.

Mansioni

• Provide expert consultancy and solution design for Contact Centre platforms and services.
• Translate customer requirements into tailored technical solutions and practical workflows.
• Support pre-sales activity, including solution scoping, presentations and proposal development.
• Lead or support the design and documentation of solutions, including integrations and workflows.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across customer accounts, vendors and internal teams.
• Work closely with Sales and Account Managers to keep opportunities, pipeline and Salesforce information accurate.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, commercially viable and ready to transition into delivery and managed services.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of offerings, best practice and customer relationships.
