Qualifications

Experience as Solution Engineer, Technical Lead or Solution Designer in a complex technology environment.

Responsibilities

Design and implement technical solutions supporting the NIA roadmap, platforms and products.
Translate business, product and technical requirements into detailed solution designs and specifications.
Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, technology roadmaps and security standards.
Provide technical leadership throughout implementation, integration and operational readiness.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Architecture and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
Design integrations across OSS/BSS platforms, network domains, APIs and automation frameworks.
Develop reusable automation components, integration patterns and platform standards.
Identify and manage technical risks, issues and dependencies across delivery.
Build performance, resilience, security, observability and operability into solution designs.
Own solutions from inception through to go-live and support successful business outcomes.
