The role emphasizes collaboration with sales and marketing, process improvement, and targeting strategies for the Wellington region. Strong communication and CRM skills are essential for success in a fast‑growing tech company.

Competenze

• Minimum Associate’s Degree in a related field (BBA, Bachelor’s in Sales or Marketing preferred).
• 3 to 4 years of related sales experience.
• 1-2 years of software/technology sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong CRM history and capability of handling web demos.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Continuously work on process improvement, providing input to refine processes and cater to new market opportunities.
• Deliver online product demonstrations using platforms like Skype, Net-Meeting, and Go-To-Meeting.
• Enter, update, and maintain daily sales activities and client information in the sales database.
• Manage and update interactions in Salesforce and CRM.
• Pitch clients and customers to decide, buy, and use the company’s products.
• Plan effective sales targeting approaches for the assigned territory.
• Prospect and cold call businesses and organizations.
• Regularly follow up on inbound leads and sales inquiries.
• Respond to customer inquiries, suggestions, complaints, and other details via phone, online video conferences, and email.
• Suggest and implement closing business strategies relative to sales.
