This senior leadership role blends hands‑on direction with people leadership across the engineering discipline.

You’ll influence how teams work, guide technical decisions, develop others, and help Platform Portfolio scale its engineering capability for the future.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and coach engineering teams.
• Strong grounding in full‑stack development across multi‑disciplinary systems.
• Excellent communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a defined engineering discipline within Platform Portfolio, providing technical direction across design, architecture, delivery, risk, quality, and lifecycle considerations.
• Build engineering capability through coaching, mentoring, clear expectations, constructive feedback, development planning, and career support.
• Partner with Product, UX/UI, Architecture, Platform, DevOps, Security and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, high‑quality solutions.
• Help teams make sound technical decisions while balancing delivery, quality, risk, cost, compliance, and long‑term maintainability.
• Champion continuous improvement, modern engineering practices, automation, standards, and team effectiveness.
