Job summary

Gallagher Group Limited in Hamilton is seeking a seasoned Quality Lead to oversee quality across our High Security squad's product development. You will lead a team of test analysts and strengthen quality practices to deliver reliable software for government and critical infrastructure customers.

You will embed quality early in planning, design and delivery, champion automation and CI/CD, and partner with Engineering, Product and Support to remove bottlenecks and improve delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in software testing or quality engineering within agile environments.
• Hands-on testing across manual and automated approaches, including functional and non-functional testing.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and mentor quality practitioners and teams.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement and continuously improve quality standards and testing approaches across agile delivery teams.
• Embed quality early into planning, design, refinement and delivery to surface risks and defects sooner.
• Champion automation, CI/CD practices, tooling and monitoring to enable safe, sustainable change.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Project and Support teams to remove quality bottlenecks and improve delivery outcomes.
• Lead, coach and mentor quality practitioners, supporting wellbeing, performance and career development.
