Gallagher is expanding its Hamilton-based teams and seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and evolve secure, scalable software for a global customer base. You’ll contribute technically while mentoring others and shaping engineering standards.

You’ll operate at a senior level with hands-on coding, ownership of complex tasks, and leadership of initiatives to improve delivery, quality, and security across platforms.

Qualifications

• Seasoned software engineer with full-stack expertise and ownership mindset.
• Experience mentoring engineers and guiding technical direction.
• Strong exposure to CI/CD, automation, and scalable software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable software across Gallagher Security platforms.
• Lead technical discussions, architecture decisions, and code quality initiatives.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
