Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a detail-focused Software Asset & Licensing Coordinator to join our Digital Business Technology team in New Zealand. You’ll own renewals, licensing administration, purchasing and asset records across a broad portfolio while aligning with Finance, Procurement and Technology to ensure accuracy and audit readiness.

You’ll analyse data to spot opportunities to improve processes and reduce unnecessary spend. A proactive, organized approach and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, purchasing or contract administration.
• Comfort handling detailed information and tight deadlines.
• Ability to manage software licensing and asset records.
