Job summary

Gallagher Group Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Software Asset & Licensing Coordinator to manage renewals, licensing administration, and purchasing across a broad portfolio of applications. You will partner with internal teams and external suppliers to keep entitlements and records accurate and audit-ready.

The ideal candidate will have strong numerical and analytical skills, enjoy organizing复杂 data, and be comfortable working across procurement, technology and finance functions.

Qualifications

Experience in procurement, licensing or contract administration is a plus.
Strong numerical and analytical abilities are required.
You will manage license entitlements and renewal decisions.

Responsibilities

Own renewals, licensing administration, purchasing and software asset records across a broad portfolio.
Collaborate with stakeholders, suppliers, Finance, Procurement and Technology teams to keep records accurate and audit-ready.
Analyse data to identify process improvements and reduce unnecessary spend.
Meet deadlines and follow through on licensing tasks.
