Gallagher is seeking a detail-focused Software Asset & Licensing Coordinator to join our Digital Business Technology team in New Zealand. You’ll own renewals, licensing administration, purchasing and asset records across a broad portfolio while aligning with Finance, Procurement and Technology to ensure accuracy and audit readiness.
You’ll analyse data to spot opportunities to improve processes and reduce unnecessary spend. A proactive, organized approach and strong Excel skills are essential.
At Gallagher, technology plays a critical role in helping our people and customers succeed. As part of our global Digital Business Technology team, you'll help ensure the software and services our organisation relies on are managed effectively, cost-efficiently and with minimal risk.
You’ll also get the benefits of working for a global technology business with strong local roots, including:
We’re building technology that protects what matters most. From securing some of the world's most valuable assets to helping farmers care for millions of animals, our solutions are trusted in more than 160 countries.
Our Digital Business Technology team supports employees across multiple countries and business units, delivering the systems, applications and services that keep the business running.
Behind every successful technology platform is effective ownership, governance and commercial management.
This is a great opportunity for an organised, detail-focused coordinator to work across technology, procurement and the wider business.
As our Software Asset & Licensing Coordinator, you’ll take day-to-day ownership of Gallagher’s software renewals, licensing administration, purchasing and software asset records across a broad portfolio of applications.
You’ll work with stakeholders, suppliers, Finance, Procurement and Technology teams to keep licence entitlements, renewal decisions, quotes, approvals and purchasing records accurate and audit-ready. You’ll also analyse data to spot opportunities to improve processes and reduce unnecessary spend.
You don’t need to be a technology expert or a licensing specialist, but you do need to be comfortable working with detailed information, managing deadlines, questioning discrepancies and following work through to completion.
You might come from procurement, purchasing, office or operations coordination, contract administration, software licensing or a similar corporate environment.
You're someone who likes having things organised and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You're comfortable juggling deadlines, following up with people and working through detail to get things done.
You're someone who’s always one step ahead, and you’re also confident enough to ask questions, spot when something doesn't look right and suggest a better way of doing things.
Your ability to learn the subject matter, work confidently with systems and data, and build good relationships will be just as important as your previous experience.
Applications will be reviewed as they are received, and the role may be filled before the closing date.
