Placements24 is seeking a Social Impact Officer to join our client’s team in Welkom. The role focuses on developing, implementing, and evaluating programs that create positive social change with diverse stakeholders and communities.

You will lead needs assessments, measure impact, and communicate findings to drive sustainable outcomes, while collaborating across internal teams and partner organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social sciences, public policy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in program management, social work, or community development.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with experience in impact measurement and evaluation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools and standard office software.

About the Role
