About the Role

Our client is seeking a visionary and experienced Remote Community Impact Lead to drive their strategic initiatives across various communities. This fully remote role is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing programs that create meaningful and sustainable positive change. You will work with local partners, analyze community needs, and design impactful interventions that align with our client's mission. This is a critical leadership position for someone passionate about social impact and adept at leading from a distance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive community impact strategies aligned with organizational goals and philanthropic objectives.
• Identify emerging community needs and opportunities for intervention through research and stakeholder engagement.
• Design, manage, and evaluate social programs, ensuring they are effective, sustainable, and reach target populations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, non-profit organizations, and government agencies.
• Oversee program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and financial accountability.
• Measure and report on the impact and effectiveness of community programs, using data to inform future strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in community development , social impact, or program management, with a focus on strategy and leadership.
• Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing large-scale community programs.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in budget management and financial oversight for complex projects.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and autonomously in a fully remote environment .
