NZ Post at our Wiri site is seeking a Site Support Specialist to assist with day-to-day operations and provide broad site support across administration, reception, health & safety, facilities and people functions.
The role offers regular Monday to Friday hours (6.00 am – 2.30 pm) and exposure to multiple business areas, enabling hands-on operational experience within a fast-paced processing site.

As a Site Support Specialist, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operation of one of our processing sites, ensuring our people, visitors and leaders have the support they need to succeed.
You'll be the central point of coordination for a wide range of site activities, supporting leaders, employees, visitors and contractors. From administration and reception through to health and safety, facilities coordination and training support, this is a varied role where you'll get exposure to many parts of the business and have the opportunity to make a genuine impact every day. To ensure support is available across our operational hours, this role works 6.00am to 2.30pm Monday to Friday, however flexibility will be required from time to time.
