• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Class 2 Driver Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate the loader safely and efficiently.
• Operate the rubbish compactor.
• Assist at Transfer Station Kiosk and support customers on site.
• Complete daily paperwork accurately and on time.
• Report incidents and hazards promptly.
• Attend toolbox meetings and contribute to safety initiatives.
• Liaise with Site Manager on operational issues and fleet maintenance.
• Follow WasteCo policies and health and safety requirements.
• Carry out other duties as reasonably required.
