You will greet customers, guide disposal, operate equipment, manage bin capacity, and maintain a safe, tidy site while handling daily paperwork. Applicants must have NZ work rights and a safety-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with waste disposal enquiries.
• Direct customers to appropriate disposal areas.
• Operate a loader and transfer station equipment.
• Manage compactor operations and monitor bin capacity.
• Maintain green waste and scrap metal areas.
• Complete daily paperwork and operational records.
• Keep the site clean, organised, and safe.
• Provide general operational cover as required.
• Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
