Job summary

RWR Construction in Auckland is seeking a developing Site Manager with a solid grounding in commercial construction to take on broader responsibility.

You will support modular education projects, coordinate subcontractors, manage short-term planning, QA, H&S, and site meetings, while linking factory and live-site delivery. A FIFO travel component across Waikato and Gisborne is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Exposure to light commercial, retail, education, industrial projects or similar.
• Able to coordinate multiple trades and manage programme delivery.
• Willing to travel FIFO between Waikato and Gisborne.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors and manage short-term planning.
• Oversee programme delivery and QA processes.
• Ensure H&S compliance on site.
• Lead site meetings and communicate with the wider project team.
• Balance factory and live-site delivery in a modular environment.
