Job summary

Enterprise Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a Wellington-based commercial construction project portfolio. The role offers leadership of site teams, coordination with subcontractors, and a focus on safety, quality, and schedule delivery.

You will manage day-to-day operations on diverse build and refurbishment projects, build strong client relationships, and drive outcomes across a high-performing team in a Tier 1 contractor environment.

Qualifications

• Proven site management experience within commercial construction.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent planning, communication, and organisational abilities.
• A proactive approach and ability to solve problems effectively.
• At least 2 years’ experience in NZ commercial builds is essential.
