BLACK Interiors + Construction Limited in Auckland is seeking a Junior Site Manager to support our commercial interior fit-out projects. You don’t need to be an experienced Site Manager; the role is ideal for someone with practical construction knowledge who wants to progress, working alongside senior Site Managers and Project Managers.
You will coordinate subcontractors, review drawings, help with programming, monitor progress, and uphold health and safety standards while building relationships

BLACK Interiors + Construction Limited – Auckland, North Island
This role would suit someone currently working in construction who wants to move into Site Management, or someone already in a junior supervisory role looking to build their experience within commercial interior fit-out.
You'll work alongside experienced Site Managers and Project Managers, gaining hands‑on experience delivering quality commercial projects while developing toward managing your own sites.
You don’t need to be an experienced Site Manager. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude, practical construction knowledge and drive to progress.
