BESIX Watpac is seeking a Site Manager for our Christchurch team to coordinate on-site activities, align resources with project needs, and drive safe, quality completion of our construction work.
The role requires strong leadership, proven supervision of trades on large builds, and the ability to perform under pressure while maintaining relationships with Project Manager and Senior Site Manager.
