BESIX Watpac in Christchurch is seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead on-site operations for major projects, reporting to the Project Manager.
You will coordinate all subcontractors, oversee programming and logistics, and drive safety, quality and environment policies to ensure timely, compliant delivery.
The role requires a building/construction qualification, proven experience delivering large projects, and strong leadership, communication and autonomous decision-making.

Reporting to the Project Manager, this role will be directly responsible for on site operations, including programming, coordination of all subcontractors, and logistics management.
