HEB Construction in Wellington is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our Civil team. You will support a range of civil projects and ensure work packages align with programme, budget, and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in civil works, a civil engineering degree, strong interpersonal and time management skills, and a commitment to health and safety. The role offers a competitive salary, company vehicle, and benefits.

• 3+ years in civil works behind you as a grad/site engineer.
• Civil engineering background plus exposure to heavy civil (earthworks, drainage, 3W, roading etc)
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management - ensuring packages of work / tasks are completed on time, within budget, and according to programme
• A degree/diploma or recognised qualification in engineering and/or construction
• A commitment to Health & Safety ensuring everyone goes home safe every day.
