HEB Construction is seeking a Project Manager for the Civil Southern team based in Hawkes Bay. Lead senior level project delivery across civil works with safety and quality at the forefront. Hit the ground running and guide projects to successful completion.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree or equivalent qualification, or through years of experience.
• NZTA project experience is beneficial.
• Proven experience managing water, pump stations and treatment plants, utilities, roading, deep trenching, and other civil construction projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with others.
• Financial acumen to deliver projects within budget.

We have a fantastic opportunity for aProject Manager to join our Civil Southern team based in Hawkes Bay working on a variety of projects across the region.

You will be an experienced and motivated PM, providing senior leadership across a number of new and exciting civil construction projects.

Youwill take ownership of project outcomes, ensuring that they are delivered safely and successfully, with a focus on service and quality. We want you to come in and hit the ground running!

• Delivering quality civils projects within time and budget parameters, and to the client's satisfaction

Providing specialised technical advice as appropriate

• Work alongside managers and stakeholders

Skills and experience that will ensure your success:

Civil Engineering degree, equivalent qualification, or through years of experience

• Having worked on NZTA projects will be beneficial

Provenexperience in managing water, pump stations and treatment plants, utilities, roading, deep trenching, and other civil construction projects

• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with others
• Financial acumen so you can deliver projects within budget
• Experience managing a diverse team and range projects
