Fluid Construction is seeking experienced Site Engineers and Project Engineers for a landmark infrastructure project in New Zealand. You will coordinate construction activities, manage subcontractors, and drive safe execution from planning to completion.

The role requires a tertiary Civil Engineering qualification and proven delivery on major infrastructure works, including marine or heavy civil components. Collaborative teams, long-term security, and career progression are offered.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering.
• Experience as Site Engineer or Project Engineer on major infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing.

Responsibilities

Site and Project Engineers - Infrastructure

Exciting opportunities for experienced Site Engineers and Project Engineers to join a Tier 1 infrastructure contractor working on a nationally significant infrastructure project. This technically complex, multi-year development will involve the construction of major marine, structural, civil and transport infrastructure, providing the opportunity to work on challenging engineering solutions that will have a lasting impact on New Zealand's transport network. About the Role

We are seeking both Site Engineers and Project Engineers with experience delivering complex civil and marine infrastructure projects. Working closely with the Project Management team, you'll be responsible for coordinating construction activities, managing subcontractors, ensuring programme delivery, maintaining quality standards, and driving safe project execution from planning through to completion.

What We're Looking For

We're particularly interested in candidates who have experience in:

• Marine construction
• Marine piling
• Wharf, jetty or port infrastructure
• Heavy civil construction
• Bridge construction
• Structural concrete works

Your Background

You will ideally possess:

• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering
• Previous experience as a Site Engineer or Project Engineer on major infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities
