Woolworths Group New Zealand is seeking a customer-focused team member in Taupo to support daily store operations and help deliver exceptional service. You’ll engage customers on the shop floor, assist with inquiries, and help maintain accurate stock and presentation.

Champion Customer Service: Be highly visible on the shop floor, engaging customers with personalised assistance and promptly resolving inquiries and complaints.
Ensure Store Accuracy: Maintain precise inventory control, including verifying stock and conducting stocktakes, and meticulously perform all price integrity routines.
Process Deliveries & Maintain Presentation: Accurately process deliveries in a timely manner and support store presentation by ensuring areas are clean and organised.
Support Daily Operations: Collaborate effectively with the team and swam to achieve smooth daily operations and contribute to overall store objectives.
Prioritise Safety & Compliance: Uphold safety protocols, report hazards, and ensure all tasks adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
