Job summary

Europcar Auckland Airport is seeking a sales‑minded and customer‑oriented Shift Supervisor to lead a busy team in a fast‑paced environment. You will manage service based sales, train staff, and use reports to drive improvements while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

To be considered, you should possess:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service or retail
• Car rental experience is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset
• Confident using computer systems and technology
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster - 7 day shift work including weekends and public holidays
• Valid New Zealand driver's license with a clean driving record
• Full working rights in New Zealand (current and ongoing)
• A positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude!
