Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group in Auckland is seeking a Station Manager to lead our Auckland City team on a full-time basis. You will oversee station operations, drive revenue growth and ensure outstanding customer service.

You will manage staff, control costs, monitor KPIs and promote a positive culture while providing training and development opportunities. A fully maintained vehicle, fuel and bonus scheme are part of the attractive remuneration package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in car rental or similar operations.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; intermediate computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of Auckland City station.
• Control station costs to achieve financial targets.

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Station Manager to lead our Auckland City team on a full time basis (40 hours per week).

In this exciting role you will oversee the operations of the station and will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining fleet and driving revenue growth.

To be considered, you should possess:

• Proven experience in the car rental industry or similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as intermediate computer skills
• Financial literacy and the ability to drive station revenue growth and sales
• The ability to thrive under pressure and a resilient attitude
• Must have a current and valid driver's licence
• Current and ongoing New Zealand work rights
