MCERT is seeking a highly capable SharePoint/O365 Administrator to manage the organisation's SharePoint/Teams/Office 365 environment and support migration projects.

You will handle content migrations, governance, and information management while contributing to intranet transformation and a culture of continuous improvement. The role requires collaboration, strong communication, and hands-on experience with Power Automate and Azure.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or similar.
  • Experience as a SharePoint administrator.
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, Power Automate, Azure and Office 365.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint tools, including ULS Logs, workflows, and SharePoint forms for tasks, as well as information records management.
  • Superb collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritise competing demands to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, complex environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage SharePoint and Microsoft Teams sites and collections within the MCERT environment.
  • Support content migrations and contribute to information architecture and governance.
  • Assist with user adoption and delivery of modern workplace and intranet transformation initiatives.

We work across housing, transport, the environment, urban development, infrastructure and investment, and partner closely with local government. We provide joined-up policy and investment advice to government, support effective regulation and market settings, and work with others to help deliver affordable housing, connected communities, well-planned infrastructure, and a healthy, sustainable environment.**About the role**We are looking for a highly capable and experienced SharePoint/O365 Administrator to manage our SharePoint/Teams/O365 environment. You will manage and administer SharePoint and Microsoft Teams sites and collections, with a strong focus on supporting MCERT migration projects. This may include coordinating content migrations, assisting with information architecture and governance, supporting user adoption, and contributing to the successful delivery of our modern workplace and intranet transformation initiatives.You will possess a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Apps, and Power Automate. You will use your technical expertise to drive seamless collaboration, enhance information management practices, and deliver innovative solutions that improve business outcomesA key focus of the role will be to identify and drive opportunities for improvement and look at new ways of doing things.**Skills and experience** We are looking for candidates with experience in empowering, inspiring, being visible and accessible to teams. You will be open to having ideas challenged, and drive a culture of continuous improvement where learning and development is valued. You will also bring: * a bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or similar* previous experience as a SharePoint administrator* extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, as well as Power Automate, Azure and Office 365* knowledge of SharePoint tools, including ULS Logs, workflows, and SharePoint forms for tasks, as well as information records management* superb collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills* advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities* ability to prioritise competing demands to meet deadlines in a in a fast paced, complex environment.**Salary range** Salary range for this role is $92,519 - $112,138 pa.
