Alliance Group Limited in Invercargill is seeking a proactive Shareholder & Customer Services Representative to support shareholders, suppliers, customers and internal teams. You will handle enquiries, resolve issues, and maintain master data for the Livestock Division.

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Shareholder & Customer Services Representative to join our team.
In this role, you’ll provide professional, responsive, and knowledgeable support to Alliance shareholders, suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders. You’ll be the first point of contact for a wide range of enquiries and play a key role in ensuring customers receive timely, accurate, and solutions-focused service.
You’ll work closely with Livestock Representatives, Livestock Payments, processing sites, and other internal teams to resolve enquiries, maintain accurate shareholder and supplier information, and support the smooth delivery of services across the Livestock Division.
This is a permanent, full time role based in Invercargill.
You’ll be someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and building strong working relationships. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, communication, and adaptability are essential.
