Are you an experienced boner who takes pride in quality workmanship, achieving yield targets, and helping others succeed? We're looking for a Further Processing Trainer to join our Nelson team. This is a hands-on role where you'll use your boning and further processing expertise to develop the next generation of skilled employees while helping improve safety, quality, yield, and productivity outcomes across the department. Working alongside Supervisors, Production leaders, and operational teams, you'll provide coaching, training, and competency assessments on the processing floor, ensuring employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to perform to a high standard. You'll also play an important role in supporting SOP implementation, workforce capability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
