Responsibilities

Campaign Management: build and execute email campaigns based on briefs.
Email Development: design, code, and test responsive HTML/CSS templates in SFMC.
Audience Finalization: use data extensions and segmentation strategies.
SFMC SQL: write and optimize complex SQL queries for segmentation.
Automation Builder: develop automated workflows for recurring campaigns.
Journey Builder: create and maintain customer journeys.
SMS Campaigns: implement SMS campaigns using SFMC Mobile Studio.
API Integrations: integrate SFMC with external systems via APIs.
Data Management: ensure data hygiene and compliance.
Performance Optimization: monitor, troubleshoot, and improve campaigns.
