Job summary

Randstad Digital New Zealand is seeking a versatile Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex cloud, data, and integration programs for a major public sector organization. The role centers on advancing a Salesforce evolution, delivering a Single View of Customer, and scaling Salesforce across new business units.

You will work with BAs, Product Owners, and Data/Software SMEs to translate feasibility studies into clear roadmaps, applying Agile, PMP, or Prince2 methods and driving stakeholder

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on delivery experience with Salesforce ecosystems.
• Extensive background managing Cloud, Data, Integration and CRM project portfolios.
• Practical use of Agile, PMP or Prince2 with business case and feasibility experience.
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary delivery pods (SMEs, POs, BAs).
• Strong stakeholder management to align business expectations.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End delivery of enterprise digital programs across cloud, data, CRM and integrations.
• Deliver Salesforce capabilities focusing on CRM, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Oversee rollouts around Single View of Customer and new business units.
• Collaborate daily with BAs, Product Owners and Data/Software SMEs to map roadmaps.
• Run workshops with senior leadership to build consensus and alignment.
