You will provide technical direction, enforce coding best practices, and mentor development teams while aligning with Enterprise Architects and stakeholders. You will lead design reviews, set development standards, guide sprint planning, and manage risks and production incidents.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, development, and implementation of SFCC solutions.
• Define and enforce SFCC development standards and best practices.
• Provide technical direction and mentor development teams.
• Conduct design and code reviews for quality and scalability.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
• Create high-level and detailed solution designs aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Lead sprint planning, estimation, and grooming for timely delivery.
• Manage technical risks, dependencies, and impediments.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance platform stability.
