Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to drive the design, development, configuration, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions across complex customer environments.

You will provide technical leadership across Salesforce platform capabilities, integrations, and automation, collaborating with customers, PMs, BAs, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions and implement best-practice designs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Salesforce consulting, development, or technical delivery experience.
• Strong hands-on with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proven experience delivering complex Salesforce implementations.
• Experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce integrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and data management.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise apps and third-party platforms.
• Technical leadership experience in complex customer environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, configuration, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions across complex environments.

• Collaborate with customers, PMs, BAs, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Produce technical designs, architecture recommendations, and implementation plans aligned with best practice.
• Design and deliver integrations between Salesforce and enterprise apps using APIs.
• Support platform optimisation, performance tuning, and ongoing enhancements.
• Contribute to solution governance, standards, and future Salesforce roadmaps.
• Provide expert advice on Salesforce capabilities and emerging technologies.
• Mentor team members and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Promote security, compliance, data integrity, and governance best practices.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety policies.

• 3+ years of Salesforce consulting, development, or technical delivery experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform capabilities
• Proven experience delivering complex Salesforce implementations and enhancements
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce integrations
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security models, and data management
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications and third-party platforms
• Technical leadership experience within complex customer environments
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Exceptional communication, presentation, planning, and documentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
