You will provide technical direction, enforce coding best practices, and mentor development teams while aligning with Enterprise Architects and stakeholders. You will lead design reviews, set development standards, guide sprint planning, and manage risks and production incidents.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of high-performing SFCC solutions. You will provide technical direction, enforce coding best practices, and mentor development teams while working closely with Enterprise Architects and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions.
• Define and enforce SFCC development standards, coding guidelines, and best practices.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to development teams.
• Conduct design reviews and code reviews to ensure quality and scalability.
• Work closely with Enterprise Architects, Product Owners, and Business stakeholders to define technical solutions.
• Create high-level and detailed solution designs ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Lead sprint planning, estimation, and technical grooming activities to ensure timely delivery of features.
• Manage technical risks, dependencies, and impediments.
• Lead the investigation and resolution of production incidents, performing root cause analysis for critical issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform stability.

Lead integrations between Salesforce Commerce Cloud and external enterprise systems, including:

• Order Management Systems (OMS)
• Payment Gateways
• Loyalty Platforms
• Marketing Platforms
• Inventory Management Systems
