Securecom is seeking a Senior Engineer / Technical Lead for our Key Customers in Auckland. You will be the L3 escalation lead, act as the trusted technical consultant, and drive end-to-end cloud and infrastructure projects from design through delivery.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT engineering or infrastructure
• At least 10 years in project delivery
• Senior or lead engineer and escalation point in managed services or consulting
• Deep hands-on expertise across Microsoft stack and networking
• Proven track record in continuous improvement and automation
• Strong consulting and stakeholder skills
• NZ driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Bonus: senior-level Microsoft/Cisco certs and ITIL knowledge

Responsabilités

• Act as the L3 escalation point for high-impact issues
• Advise Key clients on roadmaps, risk, and best practices
• Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud and infrastructure projects
• Drive process improvements, standards, and automation
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers
• Collaborate with architects, account managers, and delivery teams
• Produce design artefacts and knowledge-base content
• Stay current with Microsoft Cloud technologies
