The Ministry for Primary Industries in Wellington is seeking a Salesforce Functional Consultant to design, configure, support and continuously improve MPI's Salesforce platform, partnering with delivery teams and business stakeholders to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions.

You will bring at least three years of Salesforce experience, strong knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and governance, and the ability to translate requirements into practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Three years' experience as Salesforce Functional Consultant or similar in a large, complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, configuration and solution design.
• Experience gathering, analysing and managing business requirements.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build strong working relationships.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience working within governance frameworks and applying enterprise standards.
• Excellent communication to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
