You will join active projects, work independently from day one, and contribute to delivering high-quality outcomes in a practical, delivery-focused environment. AC3 supports growth and learning, with certifications paid for and flexible hybrid work in Auckland.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development.
• Strong experience across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, DevSecOps, GRC, ITAM, CSM.
• Solid scripting capability across JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bash.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter knowledge on ServiceNow.
• Build and deliver ServiceNow solutions with Architects, Engineers, Business Analysts and Testers.
• Work across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, DevSecOps, and other modules.
• Write real code and automation (JavaScript + scripting).
• Work on integrations via REST APIs, MID Servers, and custom logic.
• Troubleshoot issues without escalation; engage with customers in technical discussions and design.
